With years of experience in mentoring, training, and Empowering others one on one, group settings, conferences and by way of Speaking on different platforms including the posting of recordings on YouTube Channel "Enjoying Talks with L & B" sharing some insight on relevant matters from my perspective; My gifts, talents, skills and work experience has afforded me opportunities to work with and serve some chain breakers throughout the state of Florida and beyond. PUBLIC SPEAKER, AUTHOR & MENTOR!  I am a Transformational Empowerment Speaker who takes pride in delivering thought provoking messages to others No Matter the size of the crowd.   As an Award Winning Published Author my focus is that you see yourself somewhere within the pages of my heart. As a Mentor I do my best to first be an example for those closest to me then I live my life showing others the way.   My daily life's journey is to impact the lives of others in a positive manner. 

I am a mother of three biological children, a proud grandmother as well as a bonus mom to a few children that I have helped to raise.  I am inspired by my mom and the gifts God gave me better known as my children. My purpose in life is to be a light that points people in the right direction and my way of accomplishing it is by having a keen ear for listening, a heart of passion, and desire to bring hope and a different view point of understanding and to encourage. Some refer to me as being the whisperer; saying that I have a voice so soothing that in every whisper of my tone you could feel the depth of my sincerity in wanting what's best for you at that present moment.  I have built a reputation of being a reliable, dependable, honest, and trustworthy confidant and I'm Honored to serve.
